Ordering a custom made guitar is a very special and personal experience.
It is important for me to get to know your needs and wishes, your playing style and what you like and don‘t like. Based on these informations we are going to decide on the body shape, the different tonewoods, the scale length, the inclusion of a cutaway and everything else that is possible.
All my guitars are built by hand in my workshop in Rothenburg o.d.T./Germany.
The current base price for a Spohn Guitar is 8.9OO€
My base price includes an Alpine Spruce top and your choice of East Indian Rosewood, Wenge or Mahogany back and sides. The neck is made of Mahogany and features an Ebony fretboard. The rosette will be a one-of-a-kind design of your choice. The standard scale lengths on my models are 25“ and 24.75“.
You can choose the nut width to fit your playing style.
All instruments come standard with Klaus Scheller tuning machines and a Hiscox case.

When you order a guitar I ask for a 1.5OO€ deposit. This secures your place on the waiting list and also locks in the current base price. The deposit covers the initial expenses such as materials and design work for your guitar and is non-refundable. In case you have to postpone our build, the pricing is susceptible to change.
The base price does not include VAT, fees for shipping and CITES.
Warranty
My instruments have a limited lifetime warranty to their original owner. This warranty does not cover any damage due to extremes in humidity or temperature, alterations or modifications, accidents or improper handling and misuse, and normal wear and tear.
